In no event shall the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services, whether in contract, tort, negligence, warranty, or otherwise. The liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services or Rupees One Hundred (Rs. 100), whichever is less.

13. Force Majeure

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
